Full-service FF&E Installation and Project Management
At DCI, we take your vision and put it to life. We work with owners, architects, designers, procurement companies, general contractors, manufacturers and logistics companies to make your project as seamless as possible. We have a proven installation process and have installed over 20,000 guest rooms of furniture since we started in the industry in 2002. We offer the following services:
Project Management
Communication: we typically set up conference calls between all key players starting
approximately 6 months out. We have monthly calls and as the project get we plan
bi-monthly and then finally weekly calls to make sure site is ready for the furniture
to arrive and be installed.
Scheduling: we work backward from your opening day to ensure that we arrive
between the delicate balance of completion and opening day. We are the last trade
to arrive on site so as to provide the best protection of product and property. We
will provide your purchasers with a best case option for deliveries to come in as to
complete the project most efficiently.
Drawing/Product Placement: Once we are provided with building drawings and layouts we put together installation binders providing our installer all the pertinent information on product placement and specs to ensure the most efficient installation anywhere.
Real-Time Reporting: We use SmartSheets for all on site reporting providing all parties with real time information on deliveries, inventory, damaged or missing product. As well as site issues and complications for the most efficient on site solutions. When we leave site we provide all parties included a video walk thru' of each guestroom and public space; as well as, punch lists with documented issues and pictures for visual explanation.
FF&E Installations:
We install the following FF&E product:

- free-standing lighting, head board sconces, and any other non-hardwired lighting
- upholstered seating and task chairs
- bed bases and frames

- Home 2 Working Wall installation
We can also install/place OS&E upon request, such as:
- bed base wraps, box spring wraps
- TV's (wall mounted, bolt down and set in place)
- guestroom appliances such as: microwaves, refrigerators, range hoods, dishwashers
- make up mirrors
- safes
